The notice on every output
“This analysis is generated by AI tooling and is not legal advice. Review with qualified counsel before relying on it.”
What it means
Neuralaw is a technology company, not a law firm. redline's analyses, cover emails, and redlines are produced by AI tooling. They are information to inform your own decisions — often careful, useful information — but they are not legal advice, they are not tailored professional judgment from a licensed attorney, and using them does not create an attorney–client relationship or any privilege.
Contracts have consequences. For decisions that matter, have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review the analysis and the document before you rely on either.
What you agree to
At signup — and again before first use — every user accepts this acknowledgment: the service's output is AI-generated information, not legal advice; no attorney–client relationship is created; and the user agrees not to bring or support any claim against Neuralaw or its owners, directors, officers, employees, or agents asserting otherwise. The full text lives in the Terms of Service.
The exception, named
If Neuralaw later offers attorney representation, that engagement will be the express opposite of this page: licensed attorneys, an engagement letter, and real privilege — and it will say so in writing. Unless and until you have such a letter, nothing from Neuralaw is legal advice.
