What this covers

This policy describes how Neuralaw LLC (“Neuralaw,” “we”) handles information across neuralaw.ai, its subdomains, and the redline service. The short version: your documents are handled as confidential matter material, they are never used to train models, and we collect only what the service needs to run.

What we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide at signup or on the waitlist.
  • Matter material — the contracts you send, the email threads about them, and the analyses and redlines produced for you.
  • Billing records — purchases, credits, and balances. Card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us.
  • Service telemetry — operational logs needed to run, secure, and debug the service.

How it's used

To provide the service — reviewing and redlining your contracts, carrying your matters across rounds, billing, support, and security. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your documents, emails, or matter state to train or fine-tune any model — ours or a vendor's.

Who can see it

Matter material is scoped to the account that owns it. Within Neuralaw, access is role-gated and limited to operating the service — for example, resolving a stuck matter you've asked about. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, payments, email delivery, and AI processing) under contractual confidentiality; they process data only to provide their service to us. We disclose information if legally compelled, and we'll tell you when we're permitted to.

Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256); documents in private storage behind expiring, signed links; matters isolated per account; least-privilege access with an audit trail. More detail is on the Security page.

Retention & deletion

Matters are kept so your negotiation history is there when you return. Delete a matter — or your account — on request: documents, threads, and working state are removed, subject to records we must keep (such as billing) and short-lived backups that expire on schedule.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate account information, or deletion, via the contact page. Depending on where you live, additional statutory rights may apply; requests are honored on the same basis for everyone.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify account holders by email and update the date above.
