Terms of Service

The service
Neuralaw LLC (“Neuralaw”) provides AI tooling for legal work, including redline — contract review and negotiation assistance delivered over email. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Not legal advice; no attorney–client relationship
Neuralaw is not a law firm and does not practice law. The service's output is AI-generated information, not legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using it. Every output carries this notice: “This analysis is generated by AI tooling and is not legal advice. Review with qualified counsel before relying on it.”
By using the service you acknowledge the above and agree not to bring or support any claim — against Neuralaw or its owners, directors, officers, employees, or agents — asserting that the service's output was legal advice or created an attorney–client relationship.
Accounts
- One account per person or business. Variants of the same email inbox count as the same person, and each account requires a verified phone number used by no other account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, disputed charges, or attempts to circumvent account or promotional limits.
Fees
Pricing is stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase: prepaid matter credits, optional top-up reserve, and subscriptions. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine the service failed to deliver; promotional analyses are provided at our discretion and subject to availability. We never charge you without an action on your part.
Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you send. You grant Neuralaw the limited license needed to process them — to analyze, redline, store, and return them to you. We do not use your content to train models. You are responsible for having the right to submit the documents you send.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to violate the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the systems, or resell output as legal advice. Matters outside the service's stated scope may be declined.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuralaw disclaims all warranties, and its aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time; deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate for breach of these terms, with unused prepaid amounts refunded where required by law.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If we change these terms materially, we'll notify account holders by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
